Flow No 1 is an abstract artwork inspired by movement, rhythm and the calming energy of water. I created the original painting by building flowing, wave-like lines with my fingers across the surface. The clear turquoise and ocean-blue tones give the work a fresh, uplifting presence, while the sculptural texture adds depth and shadow.

When I painted Flow No 1, I was interested in the space between control and intuition. The repeated lines are carefully shaped, but they also move freely and change direction as they travel across the composition. For me, the painting captures that feeling of finding your own rhythm — of allowing life to unfold without needing every step to be perfectly planned.

I created this piece for anyone who loves bold color, tactile surfaces and contemporary abstract art. Its turquoise blue palette can bring energy to a living room, bedroom, hallway, home office or creative space, while the flowing pattern still feels calm and meditative. I especially love it in Scandinavian, minimalist, coastal and eclectic interiors, or anywhere that could use a fresh focal point.

This fine art poster is reproduced from my original textured painting using 12-color giclée fine art printing, which brings out the tonal variations, flowing details and sense of depth in the artwork.
