Shipping policy

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping time 

Art posters are printed locally and delivery will normally take place within 7 working days. For original art pieces, the delivery time will vary based on the country of destination. The paintings are created and stored in Norway. Domestic delivery time for original paintings will normally be the same as for art posters. International deliveries of original art will normally be carried out within 14 business days. 

Local charges

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jeanette Haga is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. The charges are your responsibility as the customer. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at post@jeanettehaga.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
